Of course it's only fitting that having extolled the virtues of eating local fish, we bring in a fantastic lineup of Hawaiian finfish this week.  Some things are too good to pass up.  Uku (Gray Snapper, pictured above), Ono (Wahoo), Kajiki (Blue Marlin) and Opah are all scheduled to arrive in the store on Thursday, fresh as can be.  Please stop by and check this out, they don't come by often and it sure beats the airfare.
