Lay one piece of nori paper down on a cutting surface.

Spread cooked sushi rice in an even thin layer across the surface of the nori paper.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rice.

Place a sushi mat on the cutting board and flip your nori paper over so the rice side is lying face down on the sushi mat.

Place your ingredients evenly across the center of the nori paper in a thin, neat line.

Roll the mat and the nori paper around the ingredients to form a tight roll.

Remove the roll from the mat and cut it into six equal pieces.

Grab a little soy sauce and wasabi and enjoy!
