Spanish Sardines and Weekend Specialties 3.25.15 March 25 2015 Posted in

We have quite a bit of really great finfish coming in for the weekend, however we’re most excited about the 2 boxes of pristine Spanish sardines coming in Thursday morning.  These Sardines are in rigor and are screaming for the grill (or the broiler).  The soft, dark and rather oily flesh takes well to direct heat and the finished product yields a rich and full flavor.  If you’re game, eat them whole, the bones are edible and add a nice crunch.
