California White Sea Bass and Weekend Specialties 9.17.15 September 16 2015 Posted in

This week, we’re featuring California white sea bass.  While it’s not typically found in the east coast, California White Sea Bass is treasured on the west coast for its mild, moderately fatty flavor and firm texture.   California white sea bass ranges from Alaska to Baja, with most landings coming from California.  Check out this simple, steamed sea bass w/ ginger, garlic and cilantro recipe here.
