Peak oyster season is right around the corner and to help celebrate we’ve teamed up with Rowan Jacobson, oyster expert and author of A Geography of Oysters, as well as William Fèvre Chablis for an oyster shucking and tasting class in the Lobster Place Seafood Market, where you’ll learn how to shuck oysters like a pro, and sample a dozen different oysters selected by Rowan and paired with 3 different wines from William Fèvre Chablis.
