The Art of Shucking Event and Weekend Specialties 8.25.16 August 24 2016 Posted in

Peak oyster season is right around the corner and to help celebrate we’ve teamed up with Rowan Jacobson, oyster expert and author of A Geography of Oysters, as well as William Fèvre Chablis for an oyster shucking and tasting class in the Lobster Place Seafood Market, where you’ll learn how to shuck oysters like a pro, and sample a dozen different oysters selected by Rowan and paired with 3 different wines from William Fèvre Chablis.  Tickets are only $30 and they’re going fast, so click on the link below!
