Escargot Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Unsalted Butter, softened
  • ¼ Cup, minced Garlic
  • ½ Cup, minced Shallots
  • 1 Cup, finely chopped fresh flat-leaf Parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon, Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon, Pepper

Directions:

Purée all ingredients together in a Food Processor until well blended.
