Halibut Cheeks with Horseradish

- 1/2 Cube Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Horseradish
- 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Lemon; Juice Only
- 6 Plus Cloves Garlic
- 2 lbs. Halibut Cheeks
Melt butter in pan, add all other ingredients except the Halibut Cheeks. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated and hot. Rinse halibut cheeks thoroughly and pat dry, place the cheeks in a shallow pan. Pour marinade over the fish and let sit and marinate for twenty minutes. If desired it can be left in the marinade overnight.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
