Butter and sea urchin combine to make a very rich, delicious spread
- 1/2 pound Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup fresh sea urchin
- 1/4 Cup, minced Shallots
- 1/4 Cup, finely chopped chives
- 1/2 Teaspoon, Salt
Purée all ingredients together in a Food Processor until well blended.
