This week we’re featuring some great looking Blue Marlin, coming in from Hawaii.  Marlin has a rich, full flavor, similar to swordfish, with a meaty texture.  They’re typically caught using long lines in Hawaii and Florida and are available year-round on a limited basis.  Marlin’s meaty texture makes it an ideal for the grill.  Check out this grilled marlin recipe here.
