We’ve had a good amount of live sea urchin over the past couple months, but as we approach the colder months, the quality has gotten better and better as evidenced in the above picture.  These sea urchin were harvested by hand off the coast of California and produce uni with an incredibly salty ocean scent and sweet, buttery taste.  Enjoy this grade A sea urchin weekly from Wednesday-Sunday depending on deliveries.
