Cod cheeks, once a fisherman’s secret, are quickly becoming mainstream. Most cod comes to market H&G (headed and gutted) leaving the best parts behind. Traditionally, fisherman and processors have held on to the tasty morsels of meat that come from the jaw of cod fish due to how tender, sweet and moist they are. Lucky for you (and us) we’ve been able to source some great ones this weekend. Come on down and see what everyone is talking about.
