Yellowtail Snapper and Weekend Specialties 3.9.17 March 08 2017 Posted in

We don’t mind saying, the specialty list this week is impressive.  From Hawaii to Maine there’s sure to be an item that will get you excited to cook this weekend.  The highlight of this week is yellowtail snapper caught in the US waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  Often living in the shadow of the more popular red snapper, this hook and line caught fish is nothing to sneeze at.  Yellowtail snapper produces a wonderfully crisp skin with sweet, moist, flaky meat.  We hope you’ll stop by and enjoy.
