Uni Butter

Butter and sea urchin combine to make a very rich, delicious spread


  • 1/2 pound Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh sea urchin
  • 1/4  Cup, minced Shallots
  • 1/4 Cup, finely chopped chives
  • 1/2 Teaspoon, Salt



 Purée all ingredients together in a Food Processor until well blended.
