Raw Bar On-site Catering

We can bring the best of the Lobster Place and Cull & Pistol raw bar experience to you. Simply choose from our expansive list of oysters, clams, shrimp, crab claws, king crab legs, sea urchin or lobsters and we’ll take care of the rest.

Pricing

Menu Items - Pricing is a la carte based off of our in-store raw bar menu. Chilled lobsters are available upon request. There is a $1000 minimum product spend for on-site catering.

Labor - Onsite raw bar labor is $125 per hour per shucker.  Certain events may require higher per hour labor charges if additional support is required.  All events incur a 3 hour travel/setup/breakdown charge in addition to the hourly labor required for the length of the event.  For example, a two-hour on-site event with one shucker, would incur 5 hours of labor.

Locations outside of Manhattan subject to travel charge.

 

Sushi On-site Catering

Simply let us know what menu options you would like. Our expert sushi chefs will arrive to your event with all the necessary ingredients and supplies to prepare freshly made sushi for your guests.
